The REWE Group offers, as one of the largest employers in Austria, its employees numerous opportunities for training and further education. Sounds great in theory, but hardly anyone knew.
That’s why the REWE Group needed a change, staging it as an exciting and innovative employer and calling on potential employees (and existing ones) to rediscover REWE.
With smart and cheeky headlines, we have managed to dispel the prejudices against the REWE Group as a boring employer and replaced it with convincing statements. The employer branding was completely rethought and modernized and shows now clearly that REWE is anything but a monotonous employer.
The measures were implemented out of home, online, on the social media channels, in direct mailings, on goodies and in job advertisements.
